1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MatchPlay Pro AI ecosystem ("the Platform," "the Ecosystem," or "we"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. The Platform is a unified hub of integrated table tennis applications comprising TTPlayerApp, TTCoachApp, TTClubApp, and TTLeagueApp (each an "App" and together the "Apps"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform or any of the Apps.

Because the Apps share a single unified database and authentication system, creating an account on any App grants you access across the entire Ecosystem, and your data flows seamlessly between Apps. By using the Platform, you consent to this cross-App data sharing.

2. Description of Service

MatchPlay Pro AI provides a comprehensive table tennis ecosystem that connects players, coaches, clubs, and leagues through four integrated applications. The services include but are not limited to:

TTPlayerApp (Players):

• Match recording and statistics tracking
• Opponent profiling and tactical analysis
• AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Video recording, storage, and analysis of matches
• Training plans, drills, and practice session logging
• Player goals, achievements, and ranking tracking

TTCoachApp (Coaches):

• Coach profiles with credentials and booking services
• Creation and distribution of drills, resources, and training plans
• Client management, session tracking, and progress monitoring
• Invoicing and subscription management
• Promotional page builder and marketing tools

TTClubApp (Clubs):

• Club management, membership rosters, and member roles
• Club events, notices, and announcement boards
• Team line-ups, fixture assignments, and attendance tracking
• Club photo galleries and public club pages
• Integration with league eligibility verification

TTLeagueApp (Leagues):

• League and competition creation, configuration, and rules management
• Team registrations and division assignments
• Fixture scheduling, match results entry, and league standings
• Player eligibility and registration status management
• League statistics, rankings, and reporting

Cross-App Features:

• Seamless data flow: league results sync to player profiles, coach drills map to training logs, club attendance links to league eligibility
• Unified community forum, social feed, and messaging across the ecosystem
• Shared authentication and single sign-on across all Apps
• Event discovery, partner finding, and tournament registration

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, and all other content, is the exclusive property of MatchPlay Pro AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the MatchPlay Pro AI name, logo, or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Frame or mirror any content from the App

4. User Accounts and Content

Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create across the Apps — including match records, opponent notes, match videos and forum posts in TTPlayerApp; drills, training plans, resources and courses in TTCoachApp; club posts, notices and events in TTClubApp; and league fixtures, results and configurations in TTLeagueApp. By uploading content, you grant MatchPlay Pro AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform and the Apps.

Content Standards: You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on others' intellectual property
• False, misleading, or fraudulent
• Spam or unsolicited advertising

5. Coach, Club, and League Services

MatchPlay Pro AI provides a platform for coaches, clubs, and leagues to offer and manage services through TTCoachApp, TTClubApp, and TTLeagueApp. We are NOT responsible for:

• The quality or accuracy of coaching services provided through TTCoachApp
• Disputes between coaches and students
• Coach certifications or qualifications (though we verify when possible)
• Payment disputes or refunds for coaching sessions arranged through the Platform
• Club governance disputes, membership decisions, or disciplinary actions within TTClubApp
• League rules, referee decisions, result disputes, or eligibility rulings within TTLeagueApp
• The accuracy or completeness of club or league information entered by administrators

Coaches, club administrators, and league administrators are independent parties, not employees or agents of MatchPlay Pro AI. They are responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws, safeguarding regulations, and governing body rules.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Tiers: The Platform offers subscription plans tailored to each persona — Player (Pro and Elite), Coach (Pro and Elite), Club, and League plans. Premium features in each App require an active subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. A single subscription may unlock premium features across multiple Apps in the ecosystem.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you experience technical issues preventing use of the service. Refunds for accidental purchases must be requested through the relevant payment provider (Stripe, Google Play, or Apple App Store).

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Engage in harassment or abuse of other users

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCHPLAY PRO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or any reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
