This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the MatchPlay Pro AI ecosystem — a unified hub of integrated table tennis applications comprising TTPlayerApp (player performance and scouting), TTCoachApp (coaching and resource delivery), TTClubApp (club management and membership), and TTLeagueApp (league administration and fixtures), together referred to as the "Platform" or the "Apps." Each App is accessible from this central hub and shares a single unified database, meaning your data flows seamlessly across all four Apps.

Cross-App Data Sharing: Because the Apps share a common database and authentication system, information you enter in one App (for example, league results in TTLeagueApp) is automatically available across the other Apps (for example, your player profile in TTPlayerApp). This interconnected design is a core feature of the Platform and you consent to this cross-App data flow by creating an account.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information:

• Name and email address
• Profile information (playing level, clubs, teams, league affiliations)
• Account type (player, coach, club admin, league admin) and preferences
• Authentication credentials
• Onboarding selections that determine which Apps you primarily use

Match and Performance Data (TTPlayerApp & TTLeagueApp):

• Match scores, fixture results, and league standings
• Opponent profiles and scouting notes you create
• Tactical notes and observations
• Match videos and recordings
• Performance analytics and AI-generated insights
• Training plans, drills, and practice session logs
• Player goals, achievements, and ranking data

AI and Analysis Data:

• Match data may be sent to third-party AI services (Large Language Models) to generate tactical insights and performance analysis
• Videos and match descriptions may be processed by AI providers to deliver personalized coaching recommendations
• AI processing is done securely and data is handled according to these providers' privacy terms

Usage and Device Data:

• Pages visited and features used
• Time spent in the app
• Device information (OS, device type, app version)
• IP address and general location data (country/region level)
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

Coach-Specific Data (TTCoachApp):

• Professional credentials and certifications
• Contact information and coaching availability
• Payment information (processed securely by payment processors)
• Content created (drills, resources, training materials, courses)
• Client lists, session records, and progress tracking
• Coach reviews and ratings from players

Club-Specific Data (TTClubApp):

• Club details (name, location, contact information)
• Membership rosters and member roles
• Club events, notices, and announcements
• Club team line-ups and fixture assignments
• Attendance records used for league eligibility
• Club finances and payment records

League-Specific Data (TTLeagueApp):

• League and competition definitions, rules, and configurations

• League administrator and official roles

Payment Information:

• Subscription purchases and in-app payments are processed by Stripe (web) and, where applicable, Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
• We do not store credit card details; payment processors handle all sensitive payment information
• Transaction history and subscription status
• Coach, club, and league subscription tiers and billing preferences

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve our services and features across all four Apps in the ecosystem
• Sync data seamlessly between Apps (e.g., league results to player profiles, coach drills to training logs, club attendance to league eligibility)
• Track your performance and generate insights via AI analysis
• Connect you with coaches, clubs, leagues, and other players
• Send important updates, notifications, and service messages across the ecosystem
• Process payments, subscriptions, and refunds for player, coach, club, and league plans
• Prevent fraud and ensure Platform security
• Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We may share data with:

Service Providers:

• Base44: Cloud database, backend infrastructure, and hosting platform that powers the entire ecosystem and its unified database
• Stripe: Payment processing for web-based subscriptions and in-app payments
• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase: Payment processing for mobile app subscriptions where applicable
• AI/LLM Providers: Third-party AI services that analyze match data to provide tactical insights (data shared: match statistics, video descriptions, tactical notes)
• Analytics Providers: Services that help us understand app usage (anonymized, aggregated data)
• Cloud Storage Providers: Infrastructure partners that store and serve media (videos, images, documents) uploaded across all Apps

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as necessary to provide their services.

Other Users (Cross-App Visibility):

• Information you choose to share publicly (social posts, shared match results, coach profiles, club pages, league standings) will be visible to other users across the ecosystem
• Player profiles and match histories may be visible to coaches, club admins, and league admins within the Platform to enable cross-App functionality
• League results and standings entered in TTLeagueApp will automatically appear on relevant player profiles and club pages
• Coach-created resources (drills, training plans) may be visible to players they coach or who subscribe to their content
• Club membership rosters may be visible to league administrators for eligibility verification

Legal Requirements:

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

5. Subscription Information and Auto-Renewal

Subscription Terms:

• The Platform offers auto-renewing subscriptions with tiers tailored to each persona — Player (Pro and Elite), Coach (Pro and Elite), Club, and League plans
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Pricing and billing period vary by plan and persona (monthly or annual options available)
• Free trials are offered on applicable plans (typically 30 to 60 days)
• Your payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal date
• A single subscription may unlock premium features across multiple Apps in the ecosystem

How to Manage or Cancel:

• You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription through your account settings in the Platform, your device's app store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), or via the Stripe billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds for accidental subscriptions must be requested through the relevant payment provider (app store or Stripe)

6. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud storage with encryption at rest
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access controls, authentication, and role-based permissions
• Secure deletion protocols for archived data

However, no system is 100% secure. While we work diligently to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• We may use anonymized or de-identified video data to improve our AI-powered analysis features
• You can delete your videos at any time; deleted content is removed from our systems within 30 days
• Coaches may access videos shared with them for training and analysis purposes

11. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

MatchPlay Pro AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@matchplayproai.com, and we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account.

For users ages 13-18, parental consent may be required in certain jurisdictions.

12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage) to:

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information for compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes
• Payment Records: Transaction history may be retained longer for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes

18. Account Deletion and Data Management

How to Request Account Deletion:

To request complete deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at privacy@matchplayproai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your account email address or username.

Upon receiving your request:

• Your account will be deactivated immediately
• All personal account data will be deleted within 30 days
• This includes your profile, email, contact information, and authentication credentials

Data Retained After Account Deletion:

• Transaction records and payment history (retained for 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes)
• Any data required by law (e.g., fraud prevention records)

Partial Data Deletion (Without Deleting Your Account):

You can delete the following data within the Platform without deleting your entire account:

• Match History — Delete individual or all match records, scores, and statistics (TTPlayerApp & TTLeagueApp)
• Match Videos — Delete uploaded videos and linked video URLs associated with matches
• Opponent Profiles — Delete opponent profiles you have created
• Club Content — Delete club posts, notices, or events you have created (TTClubApp)
• Coach Resources — Delete drills, training plans, and resources you have created (TTCoachApp)
• League Content — Delete league fixtures or configurations you have created, where permitted (TTLeagueApp)

Data NOT Available for Deletion:

• "My Playing Style" Content — Your playing style profile and analysis are retained to provide personalized coaching insights and performance tracking
• Your account credentials, authentication information, and subscription status cannot be deleted without deleting your entire account

Deletion Timeline:

• Partial data deletions (match history, videos, opponent profiles) are processed immediately
• Full account deletion is completed within 30 days
• You will receive an email confirmation once your account deletion is complete
